Wyong covers two different jobs. There's the older town, where houses sit on big blocks and the existing pergola is well past its use-by date; and there's Warnervale and Wadalba next door, where the estates are new and the yards are bare. Both end up wanting the same thing — a roof that's rated properly and priced without a fortnight of phone tag.
One photo of where the patio goes. That's the only setup.

A photoreal render on your actual photo — not a brochure.
GST included. DIY kit and supply-and-install, side by side.
We manufacture to your confirmed measurements and freight the kit to Wyong. Manufacturing runs 2–3 weeks. From there it's your call: DIY for the saving, or supply and install and we handle the lot.
After you reserve, one of our builders does the final measure on site and confirms it fits. If the measurements match, your price is locked. If they don't, we re-quote and you re-approve — before anything is manufactured, not after it's on the truck.
Real jobs, real photos — not stock images.

Yes, and most people who choose the DIY kit do. Everything arrives cut and labelled, which saves roughly 35–45% against supply and install. If you'd rather not, we can arrange a crew to build it instead.
Insulated panels if you'll actually sit under it through summer — they make a real difference to the temperature underneath. Single-skin is cheaper and fine if it's mainly weather cover. Both prices are on screen, so you can compare them before you decide.
Straight up: we don't lodge or handle approvals — that's arranged by you as the property owner. In NSW a smaller patio can be exempt development with no approval at all if it meets the state code. Otherwise it's a Complying Development Certificate through a registered certifier on the NSW Planning Portal, or a development application to council. Whether yours needs approval depends on its size, height and your block, and overlays like flood, bushfire or heritage can change things, so confirm with Central Coast Council or a private certifier before you order.
