Patios in Pacific Pines

Pacific Pines went up in one long run from the mid-nineties, which is why thousands of homes here share a floor plan, a roof pitch and a back yard of almost identical size. Sitting inland of the beach, it misses the sea breeze and holds the heat. Because the houses repeat, so do the patios — we can price this postcode very accurately from dimensions alone.

Delivering patio kits to Pacific Pines

We manufacture to your confirmed measurements and freight the kit to Pacific Pines. Manufacturing runs 2–3 weeks. From there it's your call: DIY for the saving, or supply and install and we handle the lot.

Nothing is locked in until someone stands in your yard

After you reserve, one of our builders does the final measure on site and confirms it fits. If the measurements match, your price is locked. If they don't, we re-quote and you re-approve — before anything is manufactured, not after it's on the truck.

Pacific Pines patio questions

What roof should I choose?

Insulated panels if you'll actually sit under it through summer — they make a real difference to the temperature underneath. Single-skin is cheaper and fine if it's mainly weather cover. Both prices are on screen, so you can compare them before you decide.

Do I need council approval for a patio in Pacific Pines?

Straight up: we don't lodge or handle approvals — that's arranged by you as the property owner. Most patios and carports in Queensland need building approval. You engage a private building certifier and lodge the building application with them, and if it doesn't meet the planning rules a development application may be needed too. Whether yours needs approval depends on its size, height and your block, and overlays like flood, bushfire or heritage can change things, so confirm with City of Gold Coast or a private certifier before you order.

Can I put it up myself?

Yes, and most people who choose the DIY kit do. Everything arrives cut and labelled, which saves roughly 35–45% against supply and install. If you'd rather not, we can arrange a crew to build it instead.
